God's Command and Instructions For Church Services

Many people think they can make it on their own... just them and God... "I'm spiritual but not religious", "I love God but I don't like organized religion". Yet God clearly intends His people to gather together. What do the scriptures say?

We can start with a direct instruction on the matter from Hebrews 10: 24-25 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near [ESV].

This simple statement from God's word implies a great deal... who should I gather together with? Where will we gather? How will we organize ourselves?
