Limitations to Authority and Our Mandate For Cooperation

God delegates authority from above, yet He also provides instructions on how humans should govern in a Godly way. Much of what He says relates to approach and attitude (fairness, justice, respect for human dignity, etc.). A Godly leader does not step outside those boundaries.
