Video Message: What You Learn From The Feast of Unleavened Bread
The meaning of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is a lesson in spiritual discipline. Through the process of putting leaven out of our homes we are reminded of the necessity of putting sin out of our lives.
During the biblical Festival of Unleavened Bread, we actively eat the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. This is a picture of putting the good things of God into our lives.
The holy days of God picture His plan of salvation, sanctification and resurrection for us. The days of Unleavened Bread focus on our sanctification, setting ourselves apart from the world, and pursuing holiness.
What is leavening? Leavening is a symbol of the sin and error in our lives which must be cleaned out.
