Video Message: Examine Yourself Before The Passover

1 Corinthians 11:27-32 indicates it is possible to take the Passover in a manner that is unworthy… to take it in an irreverent way, with a wrong attitude, and a sinful mind.

To remedy that we are warned to examine ourselves. To get in the right frame of mind and take a good hard look at their motives, agendas, prejudices, snobbery, vanity and pride.

To examine ourselves we must be honest and evaluate:

how we treat others
how we act and think in our hearts and mind

We must also be careful to examine ourselves using god's word as our guide and not fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others.

The Passover provides us with an annual reminder to examine our selves.
